Many customers are curious about how fire sleeve is produced. I will introduce it for you today.
The first step, which we call glue, is to mix the silicone together in different proportions.
The second step, which we call coiling, is to combine different strands of fiberglass yarn for the different inner diameters of the sleeve.
The third step, we call it braiding and coating, is braided the fiberglass yarns together by a braiding machine, and then coating the silicone double times, drying each time through a dryer.
The fourth step is the finished product packaging stage. After the finished product comes out, it will be put into the finished product warehouse according to the unit of meter. Then it is packaged into different rolls according to the order, generally 25 meters and 20 meters. Various lengths can be customized.
