High temperature resistant sleeves are mainly used for cable insulation protection in high temperature places such as steel plants, smelters, glass plants, fire fighting equipment, and large-scale transformer places.

High temperature bending test:

After heating in a constant temperature oven at 260℃ for 48 hours, there is no aging or cracking on the surface or no peeling of the coating surface

Low temperature bending test:

After heating in a constant temperature oven at -70°C for 1 hour, there is no crack on the surface or no peeling of the coating film surface.

Film coating test:

After continuous use of the constant temperature furnace, no surface peeling or dissolution occurs.

Burn test:

Flame-retardant self-extinguishing and no self-ignition phenomenon (in accordance with UL “VW-1” and CSA “HFS” test)

Temperature resistance test:

(2000hr) 260 ℃ heating test, normal and no abnormality
(30sec) Heating test at 1200℃ The glass fiber is intact

Flame resistance test:

The burning speed is not less than 45s/25mm — SRG-1-7kv SRG-1-4kv, (the insulation grade of the motor can reach the C grade higher than H)
